About our unique hand-made pieces

Every ceramic piece we offer is a unique one-of-a-kind artifact. Hand-throwing and high-temperature firing naturally create slight differences in glaze shade, speckles, texture and surface details. Variations are not defects; they are part of the special beauty of hand-crafted work.

Availability notice

All listings are subject to prior sale. Since most of our goods are single-item inventory, the piece you see online might have been sold through another channel.

Please always confirm stock status via message before placing your order. We cannot guarantee availability until we reply to your inquiry.

International shipping & breakage policy

Ceramics are inherently fragile. Despite heavy-duty shock-absorbent packaging, breakage risks cannot be completely eliminated during long-distance international transportation.

• What we promise — We will use multi-layer bubble wrap, shock-proof filler and reinforced hard cartons for every shipment.
• What is NOT covered — We do not provide full cash refunds for goods broken during international delivery.
• If identical replacement stock is still available, we can arrange a replacement shipment.
• If the exact same unique piece is no longer available, no monetary compensation or refund will be provided, as this is an unavoidable risk of international shipment for one-of-a-kind ceramic antiques & hand-crafted items.
